Workshop dates

Cost of Course R575.00 per person

This workshop is held in Johannesburg from 7h30 through until 12h30 on a Saturday. The venue for the workshop is the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens, where we can explore the numerous photographic opportunities that are available, from photographing; flowers, insects, macro, and general photography.

As workshop groups are small, you are assured of receiving personalised attention and guidance. We will concentrate on issues such as;

Accurate exposures – understanding the different lighting effects

The correct utilisation of shutter speed & aperture
Controlling Depth of Field
Freezing movement and how to capture movement
Get sharp images

We meet at the venue at 7h30

Discussion on camera settings for the day
Photographic subjects will be identified, images captured and results discussed.
Improve your skills with techniques offered
Ongoing discussion during the day providing assistance & guidance.

What you must bring;

Your Digital SLR camera
Any lenses that you may have
A tripod ( Not a necessity)
A cable release (if you have one) – good to have but not essential
Enough memory cards
