Join us on a great value for money photography workshop that will enthral you, give you superb Photo opportunities whilst receiving guidance and quality photo tip The location is in the Manyeletti Game Reserve – this is adjacent to Kruger National Park and consequently guarantees good game viewing opportunities. We meet you outside the Orpen Gate of Kruger National Park.

We accommodate no more than 6 photographers per trip ensuring that each photographer has space within which to function on the open game drive vehicle. The photographic workshop is suitable for both beginner and the more experienced photographer with formalized tuition given daily on issues such as;

Obtaining best quality image
The great benefit of capturing RAW images, What the benefits are & how to maximize the digital data available in this medium
How to control and manage Depth of Field.
Guarantee correct exposures every time.

Our itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in time for a light lunch. Afternoon game drive in open vehicle – orientation of the area & the first opportunities for some shots.
Day 2 Early morninDay 2 Early morning coffee & rusks. Game drive in open vehicle, visiting some of the many water holes.
   - Return to base for brunch (about 11 am). Assessment & feedback on images taken on the morning drive.
   - Discussion on “Understanding the benefits of RAW capture” .Processing RAW Images for best results (Photoshop).
      Also how to control and manage Depth of Field (DOF)
   - Afternoon Game Drive.
   - Socialise at the campfire
Day 3 As for Day 2, except that discussion points will include;
How to get best Exposure, understanding your Histogram
Day 4 After light breakfast – depart for home at your leisure
Cost of the Workshop – R4,250.00 p.p. sharing. A deposit of R1200.00 per person will need to accompany the registration. The balance is due and payable by 10 May 2010.
The cost of the workshop includes; accommodation in luxury safari tents with en suite facilities, all meals and light refreshment (alcoholic beverages for your own account). Also included are daily game drives with ongoing tuition & guidance to ensure you capture best quality images.
